All submissions must contain an abstract. The full-length article (including footnotes) should be between 15,000 and 30,000 words. We welcome work from academics, legal practitioners, judges, and policymakers alike, but we generally do not publish work from current students at other law schools in our print issues. Please submit your article in .doc or .docx format. Please do not submit works that have already been published.

General Issue
For our general issue, the Journal welcomes pieces analyzing issues of law, ethics, and public policy through a Judeo-Christian lens.

Symposium Issue
Volume 41 will feature a symposium issue entitled “A Nation of Immigrants?” We invite pieces probing the morality of immigration enforcement.

Special Symposium Issue
